A pawn is when a consumer is advanced funds in exchange
for personal property that will be stored in the "pawnbroker's" possession
until the consumer redeems the merchandise according to
the agreed upon terms, or the pawn contract defaults.
What is the maximum interest/service charge a
pawnshop can charge per month?
In the State of Alabama fees cannot exceed 25%.
Does the pawnshop have to grant an extension on
a pawn?
No, but according to the Code of Alabama you have 60 days from the date of
the pawn to pick up your merchandise with payment and principle and finance
charge.
Will my transaction be confidential?

Can I sell my item instead of pawning it?
Yes. We will purchase most items outright if that
is what you intend to do.
If I pawn an item, am I guaranteed to get it back
when I repay my pawn loan?
